Our Family, Your Septic — Done Right
Family-led and woman-owned, Rapid Response was built in 2025 to raise the bar for septic service in Central Florida — backed by three generations of hands-on septic expertise.
Rapid Response Septic Services is a family-owned, woman-owned company based in Tavares, in the heart of Lake County. We answer the phone live, show up when we say we will, and tell you exactly what your system needs — and what it doesn’t.
Trusted Roots
Rapid Response was founded in 2025 by the Thomas family — a Central Florida family with decades of large-scale construction experience — who saw a septic industry where the quality bar was low and the need was enormous. So they built the company they’d want to call themselves: live answers, honest diagnosis, and upfront pricing, with full septic service from one team you can reach all in one place.
Family Roots, Strong Service
We’re woman-owned and family-operated, and everyone you deal with has a name and a stake in the work:
- Linda Thomas — President
- Will & Jacob Thomas — run the trucks and the day-to-day service
- Paul Callaghan — business development
- JJ Calhoun — our qualifier, a third-generation septic professional from Plant City and the technical backbone of the operation
We launched with two pump trucks and full services, and our work has earned 46 consecutive five-star Google reviews — because we treat your property like it’s our own. We’re a licensed and insured, Orange, Seminole & Lake County approved contractor, which is why those counties hand homeowners our number directly.
Our Promise
When you call, a real person answers — live, 7 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week. After hours, our answering service takes your information and we call you back first thing at 7 AM, so your situation is logged and on the schedule before the day starts. When we come out, we tell you exactly what we found and what it costs before we start, and we never upsell work your system doesn’t need.
We also believe every septic job done right is a small win for Florida’s water. We’re based in Lake County, home to some of the state’s most important springs — keeping septic systems healthy keeps nitrogen out of the aquifer we all depend on. That’s the mission behind the work: Keep Florida’s Water Clean.
